Green Bay Hosts:
Joe Gracyalny (WiscoREIA Green Bay Host): Joe is a real estate investor in the Green Bay/Fox Valley markets. He has partnerships with other investors, as well as his own projects and views investing as a team activity. He specializes in underperforming small multifamily projects, but also has interests in creative financing, air bnb, and is always excited to learn something new!
Joe has a passion for education and helping young investors. He was a teacher and coach in Dubuque, IA for a few years, before moving back to his Wisconsin roots. As a teacher, he added a few rentals in the Green Bay area, and recognized the opportunity in real estate. He took the leap and hasn’t looked back. WiscoREIA provides the opportunity for him to be able to scratch that educator itch, as well as learn from the many people in the room.
Joe got his first project under contract in 2017 with his brother Kevin and has been growing ever since. At 35+ doors and a few flips under his belt he’s focused on growing his rental portfolio, while having some fun along the way.
In his spare time you can find him reading books, playing poker, traveling, or engaging with other investors on Instagram @ duplex_joe
Mike Martell. Originally from Two Rivers, Mike and his wife Kathryn (from Brillion) have been married for over 30 years. They have three grown children all living in the upper Midwest. After 25 + years in the kitchen and bath industry working in sales and sales management for a couple of large companies, Mike retired to Door County with Kathryn in June of 2018.
Mike and Kathryn’s interest in real estate began in 1986 with their first duplex, an upper/lower in Wauwatosa, purchased on a land contract. Over the years they moved all over the Midwest chasing the corporate dream but always looking, buying, and updating properties, focused on kitchen and bath remodels. They purchased flips, buy and holds, tried their hand at land development, historic renovations and buying bank owned properties. Today they are focused on vacation rentals and private money lending.
After discovering the Milwaukee REIA in 2015 and attending meetings for 4 years, one of the first things Mike did after retiring was look up and join the Green Bay WiscoREIA. Mike is excited to be hosting the Green Bay meetings and giving back to the industry and the area.

Geoff Possley: Geoff is a part time buy and hold investor with investments in the Fox Valley and Sheboygan area. He is a full-time aircraft certification engineer for Gulfstream Aerospace in Appleton where he lives with his wife Laura and four children Carter, Madeline, Rowen and Brielle.
Geoff got started in real estate in 2005, with very little REI knowledge, when he purchased a single-family home with the plan to do a live-in flip over the next few years. After the bubble burst in 2008 his focus shifted from turning a profit to simply breaking even. This led Geoff to step away from real estate for a number of years until he discovered WiscoREIA in 2018 where he finally was able to acquire the knowledge and network that was necessary to be successful in real estate investing. His goal is to use REI as a means to retire early from engineering.
Geoff currently invests in single-family and small multi-family properties that he operates as traditional rentals as well as short term furnished rentals. In his free time Geoff enjoys camping with his family, playing golf, snowboarding, hunting, and good beer.

Russ Moldenhauer. I grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin and have lived there my whole life. My parents were very hard working people who both worked multiple jobs.
My father is a very talented person who showed him at a very young age how to work on all aspects of homes. I learned how to do carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical before I was 10 years old. We remodeled a lot of houses as side jobs while I grew up.
I worked in the auto industry for a while and building maintenance for a couple of years. In 1986, I became an elevator technician.
I love working in the elevator industry because I get to hone in all of my skills. All the while I was still doing contractor work on the side. I worked on a lot of homes over the years. I became an instructor for the elevator industry in 1997 and still pass on this knowledge to the new guys coming up.
In 2013, my wife and I decided to become Real Estate Investors. We chose a coaching program that specializes in short sales. We were able to make our investment back in our first deal. We then invested in another program for wholesaling and leasing options. We started doing lending with the profits made from flipping houses. We are able to do this while working a full time job.
I love giving back to the community. I donate as much time as possible to my church. I have gone to other countries to help people build houses, churches, security walls, and many other life quality improvements. I get great joy when I can help others change their lives.
Kevin Finley. My name is Kevin Finley and I am a rental property investor/rehabber. I founded Acadia Properties after moving to Kenosha in 2015 and falling in love with the area. It’s easy to see the potential we have here in Kenosha and Racine Counties, and I can’t wait to what these already great towns will look like a few years from now. The growth and development I’ve seen in my short time living here are nothing short of amazing already!
I am not a computer based investment company with an 800 number and a call center. I am local and live and work right here in Pleasant Prairie with my girlfriend and our two dogs. In our spare time we like to travel up north in Wisconsin and usually have a few puppies we foster for local animal shelters until they are old enough to be adopted.
