Donna Bauer

Topic: The NoteBuyer’s Stimulus Plan - Make Money Flipping Notes without Leaving Your Home

Donna Bauer, nationally known as The Original NoteBuyer, is one of the country’s most recognized authorities on Discounted Notes, Seller Financing, and Foreclosures. For over two decades, she has shared her exclusive wealth-building strategies and helped thousands of individuals to create, build, and maintain financial freedom. She is a featured speaker at major real estate events across the country and has shared the stage with such celebrities as Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins, and Dr. Al Lowry.

Donna started out as a typical soccer mom, babysitting 5 kids for a dollar an hour each. Determined to find financial independence for her family while being a stay-at-home mom, she soon found the perfect vehicle—investing in discounted mortgages. Using none of her own money or credit, she bought and sold her first discounted mortgage and made over $5,000—quite a raise from $1/hr to over $500/hr!

Besides her own real estate and paper investments, as well as the numerous investments of her consulting clients and students, Donna’s resume is quite extensive, including all areas of real estate investing, such as owning a title company, managing commercial collateral files for a national bank, acting as loan officer for a large mortgage company, and managing a commercial office park, a downtown high-rise, and several large apartment complexes.

Mark Dolfini

Topic: How to Avoid the Most Critical Mistakes Investing in Rentals

Mark Dolfini is a veteran of the U.S. Marines and the author of three real estate books.

Most notably, The Judge: A Landlord’s Tale, released in the summer of 2018. His much-anticipated 3rd book, The Time-Wealthy Investor 2.0, was recently released in January, 2019, which teaches the exclusive VIP Method of how to create a real estate business focused on Life-Output. It became #1 Amazon Bestseller in March of that same year.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Purdue University, and worked for Marriott before venturing out full-time in the world of real estate investing. He is the Owner and Managing Broker of a property management company based out of Lafayette where he oversees the combined ownership and management of $40 million in real estate assets.

He is also the founder of Landlord Coach, a real estate investor training company, and sits on numerous boards including the Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana, the National Federation of Independent Business, and is a Training Director for the Central Indiana BNI Franchise – a networking organization.

He spends his free time pistol shooting and kayaking and lives in Lafayette, Indiana where he and his wife Jennifer are raising their two sons, Leland and Logan.


Christina Krause
