Insights from a Personal Injury Lawyer: Protecting Your Tenants, their Guests, and You

Join us this month as our guest speaker Andrew Wier gives a broad overview of the personal injury process regarding premises liability claims. You will cover the types of insurance claims arising out of injuries (third party claims/medical payment coverage), the general negligence standard, the safe place statute and its applicability to real estate investors, photos of conditions that have led to lawsuits, recreational immunity, and the dog bite statute and caselaw.
