Married to Heather Kopesky for 23 years, 3 sons and 1 daughter, who have worked in our business or currently are investing in our real estate business.
I currently am on the board of directors for the Fox Valley Apartment Association and an Executive board member and Associate Festival Director for Lifest, Oshkosh I have been a student in the Lifeonaire coaching program for about 2.5 years.
I started my first business in 1997 as a Farrier. And later added dairy hoof care as my primary focus. I spent 23 years in that industry until I was able to transition to full-time real estate in 2019. I opened and closed multiple businesses along the way.
I bought my first rental in 2011, then a 2nd. By 2018 I was up to 21 units and stalled. I don’t want to give it all away in the bio, but now I’m currently holding 90 units that my partners and I self-manage, with 77 in escrow, and more on the horizon, while achieving a sub 50% ltv.
