Hunter and Leah
Hunter and Leah started getting interested in real estate investing in 2020. The idea of passive income was too temping not to. Starting slow with a few BRRRR’s, they continued to grow their portfolio and expanded to commercial self storage facilities.
By June 2021, this allowed Hunter to comfortably leave a union trades job and work in the real estate business. In the future they look forward to expanding to more storage facilities and multi family properties.
Hunter and Leah like to share their knowledge with others and show how real estate can change anyone’s life.
In their free time they enjoy spending time with their dog, hunting, fishing, and just enjoying the outdoors. They look forward to how real estate will help them be able to allocate even more time to these hobbies.
Trevor Vancour and Hayley Scheppler
Our journey into real estate started with wanting to move out of our parents' house and get our first place together. Renting didn't make sense, and paying a mortgage seemed nuts. So we bought a duplex and started house hacking. From there, Hayley has been growing her knowledge of rentals and is working to purchase her first rental this year. I have shifted focus to wholesaling as it fits my personality best.
Wholesaling allows me to constantly be solving problems, building my sales, negotiating, and human relationship skills. It was a grind at first but around month 8 I started to find my groove. Currently I'm working to replace my income from my w2 and pursue wholesaling full time. The plan is to make an active income into a passive business structure and cherry pick the best deals for our personal portfolio.
Outside of real estate, we enjoy being in the outdoors with our dog Onyx and spending time with friends and family. When fall comes, you will find me chasing whitetails in the swamps of Central WI and the Hills of Western WI. Hayley has a passion for fitness and lifting heavy weights.
Alex Hartinger
Alex is brand new to real estate! She took an interest in the last year and has dove right in. She purchased her first 2700 sq. ft. commercial property at the end of 2022. She runs her natural health practice out of there. She has already attended her first national real estate conference and is ready to grow her portfolio.
Alex is a Clinical Nutritionist and Natural Health Practitioner - Owner - Symmetry Natural Health
Symmetry currently has over 1,000 active clients locally and across the country that we work with on natural health solutions. I have worked with over 3,000 people in the past 9 years and last year saw over 3,500 client appointments
