Jerry and Brandy Perron have been investors for 16 years. Our specialty is to purchase, repair and rent distressed properties. We specialize in single family and multifamily homes.
We own and run our own Property Management Company, Perron Properties Management. Brandy does the Property Management and Jerry is the contractor and heads the financing for the company.
We live in Neenah, WI with our two boys Kohen and Landen. On our down time we are at the hockey rink where the boys play hockey and Jerry coaches.
