Most notably, The Judge: A Landlord’s Tale, released in the summer of 2018. His much-anticipated 3rd book, The Time-Wealthy Investor 2.0, was recently released in January, 2019, which teaches the exclusive VIP Method of how to create a real estate business focused on Life-Output. He spends his free time pistol shooting and kayaking and lives in Lafayette, Indiana where he and his wife Jennifer are raising their two sons, Leland and Logan.

Audrey Borcherding
Our little crew has grown so much since we started in real estate back in 2008! We have grown our portfolio, our experience, and our family! It all started with the purchase of a 4 plex through a short sale, which we renovated while living in. Our goal was to purchase a property or two each year until ‘retirement’ age. Instead, we’ve purchased several hundred units valued at over $16 million dollars, started a full-service residential brokerage, flipped dozens of houses, started an education company, and had 3 beautiful children along the way.
There have been so many lessons learned on our journey! We put in long hours on renovations, property management, business management, and did ‘all the things’ on our own for many years. As we grew, we realized the best choice was to hire fantastic third-party management and create systems to give us more time. That time is used to focus on providing exceptional solutions for property owners who want to sell and investors who want to get involved in what we do. We are also excited to offer educational platforms targeted at helping people get started in multifamily investing and to uncover their visions for life and business!
We are passionate about continued growth personally, professionally, and for our students and clients! We look forward to connecting with you!

Mike is a 30 plus year real estate investment veteran. He has controlled over $285,000,000 in real estate transactions. Mike is an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, and personal coach, with strong personal resilience and a deep desire to help others live an extraordinary life. He has coached hundreds of real estate investors to fulfill their dreams.
Michael began as a general contractor in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with $5 mm in annual revenue. He sold his company and then took some time off to decide what to do next. Michael entered the real estate industry as a sales agent building a team of agents and support staff that produced over $20 mm per year in sales production.
In 2005, Michael started a private equity firm, raising $18 mm in private equity and acquired $60 mm in multi-family apartments including 4,000 units in five different US markets. As part of the company’s growth, Mike built and developed a property management division that managed 7,500 units.
Mike has always believed that transparency and honesty are central to any successful business and personal life. As a result of the 2008 world economic crisis, Mike let his guard down and let his transparency slip. The impact that had on his company and its real estate holdings left him scrambling to protect the company and its investors.
Hosts: AJ Minaker & Shaun Tutor

AJ Minaker
AJ first became interested in real estate in 2006. After years of contemplating, he bought his first house, a duplex that he and his wife made home for four years. Since then, they have purchased additional units and begun rehabbing single family homes.
AJ lives with his wife and children in the Eau Claire area. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, personal training, and he recently started coaching youth basketball. The challenge of investing in real estate is something AJ enjoys.
He is always looking to share his knowledge and to continue learning about every facet of real estate.

Shaun became interested in real estate two years ago. He has a home improvement company and investing company, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.
