Speaker: Atty. Amy Farrow

Amy Farrow is an Attorney and real estate investor with over twenty-five years of experience. She has represented business owners, banks, and real estate professionals in litigation and transactional matters. Amy has also closed hundreds of real estate transactions, residential and commercial. She has bought and flipped more properties than she can remember, the very first in 1999.

Amy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, both undergraduate and law school. She began her practice of law at a small firm servicing Columbia, Sauk and Dane County. After a few years of practice, Amy joined the Department of Justice. She served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma City, OK. After five years, Amy returned to Wisconsin and resumed the practice of law serving southeastern Wisconsin.

In her spare time, Amy loves to relax with her four children and two silly dogs. She and her husband travel often and love to visit National Parks. Amy also runs in obstacle and adventure races several times a year, such as the Tough Mudder and the Spartan races. She is a commercial pilot and is currently looking to buy a plane for new adventures. Amy also sits on the board of a nonprofit that focuses on raising money for breast cancer survivors and their families.

Derek loves giving back to the real estate community. Derek is also a coach and mentor who has a passion for helping others be successful too.

Cayla and Brandon are a dynamic husband-and-wife real estate investing team based in Wisconsin. As parents of two and long-term investors, they’ve built their business around transforming outdated single-family and multifamily properties into strong, sustainable assets designed for long-term growth.

Beyond real estate, they also own and operate a successful fence installation company, giving them a hands-on, operations-driven perspective that sets them apart. When they’re not managing projects or growing their portfolio, Cayla and Brandon love spending time outdoors, staying active, and making memories with their kids—proof that it’s possible to build a thriving business while prioritizing family and lifestyle.

Matt has trained many CPAs, accountants, attorneys, financial planners, agents, and advisors over the years to help them serve their clients more efficiently. With extensive knowledge in financial planning, healthcare, consumer driven health plans, cash balance plans, advanced tax planning concepts, estate planning, and business succession planning Matt has served professionals and clients in several parts of the country.

Matt has also served on advisory boards for insurance companies over the years while also serving on various finance committees including his church he attends. Outside of his career he enjoys camping, kayaking, biking, golfing (poorly), fishing, traveling, and going to Brewer's games with his wife Karen, kids, and grandkids.
