Zero to Scalable: Building Capital, Deals, and a Real Estate Business

Ever wondered how some investors go from zero capital to closing their first deal—and then scale it into a full-blown real estate business? This session will break it down step by step, giving you actionable strategies to create, acquire, and grow with confidence.

    In this event, you’ll learn:

How to create capital when you don’t have any – discover the mindset shifts and early moves that allowed our speaker to turn zero capital into their first deal, including spotting opportunities in unexpected places.

Why buying right matters more than buying fast – learn how disciplined underwriting and capital-first thinking can protect you when markets tighten, and why smart acquisition beats chasing deals.

Turning operations into a scalable real estate business – move beyond “doing deals” to building systems, sales, and marketing that produce consistent revenue and support long-term growth.

Whether you’re just starting out or ready to scale, this session gives you the tools, strategies, and mindset you need to go from your first deal to a fully scalable real estate business.

    Speaker: Ben Meyer

Ben Meyer, a true self-made real estate entrepreneur. Ben grew up on a dairy farm in rural Michigan, where he learned discipline, accountability, and the value of hard work—lessons that still drive everything he does today.

After high school, Ben skipped college and jumped straight into real-world experience. He started in wind energy, managing large projects with dozens of subcontractors, which eventually brought him to Wisconsin. It was on one of these projects that he spotted a gap in housing for workers—Ben leveraged rental arbitrage, leased and furnished units, and used the cash flow to fund his first duplex. That first deal was the spark that launched his real estate journey.

Today, Ben is the CEO of M2 Solutions, a six-figure-per-month sales and marketing business, and co-founder of M2 Holding Co. Alongside his partner, he manages over $7 million in assets under management, focusing on disciplined underwriting, capital efficiency, and building real portfolios in real markets.

If you want to learn how to go from zero to scalable deals and build a real estate business that lasts, this is a session you don’t want to miss!
