Buck Sugden is a real estate investor and owner of Clear Trail Properties. He and his girlfriend Ashley own 6 vacation rentals and 19 mid-term rental units in central Wi, northern Wi and Upper Michigan. They also own and manage 25+ long term rentals and flip single family homes in central Wisconsin. Buck's background is in mechanical engineering so when tasked with the flip projects, he went to work on setting up systems, mastering the art of analyzing deals, negotiation and the ability to manage several flips at one time. He also enjoys coaching his clients in the real estate space and loves to watch people live their visions!
When he is not working in his business, Buck can be found coaching people about holistic health, mountain biking, hiking, camping, traveling and spending time with their son Korbin and their 3 English bulldogs.

She has been in the hospitality industry for several years and thoroughly enjoys the science behind providing an unforgettable experience for her guests.
