Get ready to celebrate Independence Day with a bang at our Hudson REI Cook Out & Networking event! Bring your 4th of July spirit, your latest deals, and plenty of business cards for a "meats and greets" gathering like no other.
Event Details: Join us for a fun-filled day of networking, good food, and real estate discussions at Village Park in Roberts! This family-friendly event is open to all, so bring your loved ones along for an afternoon of community building and connection.
What to Expect:
- Grill & Chill: We'll be firing up the grill with brats, hot dogs and providing slow cooked pulled pork for everyone to enjoy. If you have dietary preferences or want to bring a dish to share, feel free to do so! BYOB -the park does not allow for glass containers but feel free to bring a cooler of any drinks you would like to enjoy. Water and lemonade will be provided.
- Networking Galore: Connect with fellow real estate enthusiasts, share your experiences, and explore potential collaborations. Don't forget to bring your business cards – you never know who you'll meet!
- Haves and Wants: Take advantage of our dedicated time to discuss your current deals, investment opportunities, and any real estate-related questions you may have. This is your chance to network with like-minded individuals and expand your horizons.
Location & Reminders: We'll be gathering at the Pavilion at Village Park in Roberts, so come prepared for outdoor fun! To ensure we have enough food for everyone, please pre-register 48 hours in advance. And remember, if you have a dish to pass, feel free to bring it along – the more, the merrier!

Hosts: Alyssa Burton & Rebekah Chamberlain
Alyssa is the founder of Inspired Investments LLC and a dual licensed agent with Green Forest Realty and Chippewa Valley Real Estate, operating in Indiana and Wisconsin. She has cultivated knowledge across various fields within the real estate realm. With experience as an investor in single-family homes, multifamily properties, small apartments, self-storage facilities, and vacant land, Alyssa leverages her insights to empower her clients. Through Inspired Investments, she provides property management and project management for flips, and has been excelling in the field since 2020. Alyssa's favorite thing about real estate is that there are so many strategies and types of investments to get into. She is dedicated to the belief that Real Estate can be used as a powerful tool to create positive change, and her greatest satisfaction is using what she has built to help do the most amount of good. Alyssa is always looking to grow and learn more and enjoys bringing like-minded individuals together.

Always an entrepreneur, Rebekah spent the first decade of her career starting and building an organic dairy farm from the ground up. The business went from $0 to just shy of $1M in gross revenue over that decade.
7 years ago, Rebekah pivoted her efforts into Real Estate. Passionate about building a life and business that fit around her children instead of her business running her- she is grateful to only have created that balance for herself, but to also get to help others do the same. Rebekah has specialized in working with investors and commercial transactions and is using that experience helping others to begin building her portfolio.
On a personal note, Rebekah is a busy mom to four beautiful children. Leading by example and leaving a legacy for her children is the “why” that inspires her to be better every day. You can find Rebekah enjoying time with her family, running, hiking, biking, soaking in the outdoors, reading, cooking or baking when she’s not busy with work.
