Justin Major, owner of Major Solutions LLC. After dedicating 17+ years of my life to residential construction and the landscape/hardscape industry, I decided to leave my most recent role of Director of Operations at ReVi Design to start my own venture. While anyone who knows me would say that my skills are widely adverse, my true passions are painting, interior remodeling and landscaping/hardscaping. Outside of my typical 4am-6pm workday, my spare time is spent with my wife, Caitlynn and two daughters, Jacey (7) and Kenzie (17) usually at a dance or cheer event. I also work part-time at the WPD so when there happens to be down time or gaps in my work projects, you can find me out servicing our local community.
Chris is the proud owner of CW Custom Exteriors, specializing in residential and commercial roofing, siding and exterior remodeling. He is known for his attention to detail, top quality results and integrity. Chris and his crews excel at exceeding customer expectations. In the last few years, Chris has built an impressive portfolio of rentals in central and northeast Wisconsin. He has also completed a number of flips all over the state. His work ethic and dedication to always doing what he says sets him apart from a lot of the competition. Chris is a proud veteran of the United States Army and is also a man of faith. He loves dogs, motorcycles and music.

Derek has been involved in hundreds of transactions in his career. He’s done wholesaling, flipping, landlording, lending and countless other investment strategies throughout the years.
Derek loves negotiating with sellers. He loves to put together creative solutions for sellers that few other investors can put together.
Derek loves giving back to the real estate community. Derek is also a coach and mentor who has a passion for helping others be successful too.
Ashley Lang is a real estate investor and owner of Clear Trail Properties. She currently owns and operates 6 vacation rentals and 19 mid-term rental units in central WI, northern WI and Upper Michigan. She also owns and manages 25+ long term rentals as well as flips single family homes. She has been in the hospitality industry for several years and thoroughly enjoys the science behind providing an unforgettable experience for her guests.
Everything from where you buy your property to where you place your dinnerware is very important in the process of setting up the perfect short-term rental. She also enjoys coaching her clients in the real estate space and loves to watch people live their visions!
When she is not working in her business, Ashley can be found coaching people about holistic health, mountain biking, hiking, camping, traveling and spending time with her boyfriend Buck, their son Korbin and their 3 English bulldogs.
