Mark Oldenberg
President & CEO
Mark Oldenberg has more than 25 years of experience in community banking including expertise in accounting, finance, marketing, compliance, audit, operations, human resources, and lending. He earned degrees in both finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and now serves as an Advisory Board member for UW-Eau Claire's College of Business. Mark currently serves as president of the Boys & Girls Club of the Chippewa Valley and has also served on the Board of the Boys & Girls Club in Wausau.
Andy Robertson
Chief Credit Officer
As chief credit officer, Andy Robertson is responsible for developing and implementing SFB's credit policies and procedures to ensure the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio. Additionally, he oversees credit administration and loan operation staff throughout SFB. Prior to joining SFB, Andy spent nine years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a bank examiner. He also has an additional eight years of experience within the banking industry in Wisconsin and Colorado with positions in the lending and credit departments. Andy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from UW-Stout. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the America Red Cross of Wisconsin - Northwest Chapter.
Curt Van Auken
Market President – Eau Claire, Relationship Manager
With more than 45 years of experience in the banking industry, Curt Van Auken has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of business banking including commercial and commercial real estate. Curt is committed to providing the best customer experience to all of SFB clients.
Curt is actively involved in the community serving on the Fall Creek Plan Commission and the Chippewa Valley Museum Board of Directors.

AJ Minaker
AJ first became interested in real estate in 2006. After years of contemplating, he bought his first house, a duplex that he and his wife made home for four years. Since then, they have purchased additional units and begun rehabbing single family homes.
AJ lives with his wife and children in the Eau Claire area. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, personal training, and he recently started coaching youth basketball. The challenge of investing in real estate is something AJ enjoys.
He is always looking to share his knowledge and to continue learning about every facet of real estate.
Shaun Tutor
Shaun became interested in real estate two years ago. He has a home improvement company and investing company, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.
Shaun loves business, real estate, and investing, which are the main topics he discusses on his podcast. His first company he built, started in 2017 and sold in November of 2021 to focus on real estate. Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Mimi and taking cruises in one of his classic cars.
