We've gathered a panel of seasoned investors and business owners who will share their wealth of experience in setting visions, taking intentional actions, and crafting plans for both their businesses and personal lives.

Chris Hake

Chris is the visionary and investor coach of the Master Investor Academy and Madison Real Estate Investors Association (REIA). Chris has decades of real estate investing experience and has seen (and smelled) more distressed properties than he cares to admit.  He now applies that knowledge in the mentoring and education of his Coaching students that are actively engaged in rehabbing, wholesaling, and holding of properties all over South Central Wisconsin.

Chris has been a Madisonian for over 45 years and investing in the Madison real estate market for over 26 years. Since doing his first house hack in 1994, he has been involved with 100’s of house flips, 100’s of rentals, raised over 10 million dollars to fund those deals and had 1000’s of students come through his local training and coaching programs. Chris has a PhD & Master’s Degree in the school of hard knocks. 

Between 2006-2010 Chris taught the Real Estate Investing course at Madison Area Technical College, which saw 100’s of students come through his classes. 

Between speaking engagements and mentoring other investors, Chris oversees the daily operations of his investing business, Madison Property Group, that rehabs, wholesales and wholetails properties, and holds properties for his investment portfolio.

In July 2012, Chris founded The Madison REIA and in July 2021 merged his REIA with WiscoREIA which has 5 REIA’s across Wisconsin, bringing the combined membership to over 650 with 6 locations! 

Lori Schilling

 Lori is a Madison Native, UW alumni and Badger fan. Lori was the proud owner of a Madison spa and salon for 20 years and sold the business in 2014 to explore her passion for real estate investments, residential real estate, and property management. Lori has managed several apartments in Madison and enjoyed helping her tenants find their first home. Lori loves to spend summers boating and attending country music festivals and wineries with the love of her life Nic. In the winter, you will find her cuddled up by the fire with a good book or a movie, and in the best of times, in their winter condo on the beach of Mexico. Lori has a passion for helping others, especially for buying or selling a house. She enjoys helping first time home buyers and luxury home owners, as well.

Miranda Bush

Miranda Bush is a longtime triathlon, health, and strength coach, and author of Far Better: Self Discovery through the Power of Endurance Sports. She owns MB Coaching, a business dedicated to helping amateur endurance athletes use sport to add value to their lives. Miranda is also a veteran runner and triathlete, with multiple Ironman, half Ironman, and marathon podium finishes.

Tyler Hake

Tyler Hake is a Madison resident of 26 years who has owned and operated a window cleaning company for the last 6. Growing up hating school and barely making it through two years of college, Tyler had the opportunity to start his company and used it to gain practical business skills all while learning hands-on how to grow a company, market and sell products, and manage people.

Over that time he has been a part of a handful of life and business coaching and mastermind groups. He has attended numerous workshops, seminars, and trainings surrounding vision building and goal setting. After three years of learning within these groups, Tyler found his passion in coaching people and focusing on the same topics that had brought so much value to his life. Tyler still owns his window cleaning company today but is focusing more and more on starting up his own coaching program to help young entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses all while helping them to build the life they most dream of having. 

Matt Rockett

Matt is a Madison native and former U.S. Marine, bringing over 12 years of experience as a full-time real estate investor and multiple business owner. His focus lies in acquiring distressed businesses and revitalizing them with modern technology and improved systems. Currently residing in San Clemente, California, Matt manages his Midwest-based ventures remotely while embracing a healthy and active lifestyle.

• 6:00 pm - Welcome from Chris Hake, brief announcements, and introductions of Vendors
• 6:15 pm - Raffle prizes from our Vendors, Local topics discussed, Have's and Want's
• 6:40 pm - Break out into un-constructed networking, first-time guests meet with President and Founder, Chris Hake
• 7:00 pm - Spotlight speaker to present for 90-minutes
• 8:30 pm - Meeting adjourned, closing comments by Chris Hake
• Meeting after the meeting: Tanner Bar and Grill
