WiscoREIA’s Hudson Meeting is held on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, while the Eau Claire Meeting takes place on the 2nd Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM each month.

Alyssa, founder of Inspired Investments LLC, is a dual-licensed agent with Green Forest Realty and Chippewa Valley Real Estate, operating in Indiana and Wisconsin. Since 2020, she has gained expertise in single-family, multifamily, small apartments, self-storage, and vacant land, offering property and project management for flips. Passionate about real estate’s diverse opportunities, she believes in its power to create positive change and finds fulfillment in helping others. Always eager to learn and grow, Alyssa enjoys connecting with like-minded individuals.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Rebekah built an organic dairy farm from the ground up, growing it to nearly $1M in revenue over a decade. Seven years ago, she shifted to real estate, specializing in investors and commercial transactions while building her own portfolio. Passionate about creating a business that fits her life—not the other way around—she now helps others do the same. A dedicated mom of four, Rebekah leads by example, driven by her desire to leave a lasting legacy. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, running, hiking, biking, reading, and cooking.

Shaun got into real estate two years ago and now runs a home improvement and investing company, focusing on flipping and BRRRR with his brother. He and his wife, Sam, host the Tutors of Life podcast, where they explore business, real estate, and investing. After building his first company in 2017 and selling it in 2021, he shifted his focus entirely to real estate. In his free time, Shaun enjoys spending time with Sam and their dog, Mimi, and cruising in his classic cars.

Ryan began his real estate and business journey in 2017. He owns Stable Living LLP, which operates 14 licensed Adult Family Homes, providing in-home care for over 80 clients and employing 100+ staff. He has built a portfolio of 550 rental units, primarily through creative financing with little money down, and specializes in off-market deals. Ryan and his wife, Eva Gray—a CPA focused on tax planning and property management—also run 715 Home Buyers, a flipping and wholesaling business completing 20+ deals annually. A devoted father to Josephine and Drew, he enjoys camping, winter vacations, baseball, deer hunting, and riding motorcycles.
