In January of 2017 I started my HVAC business, Precision HVAC & Mechanical as well as my home inspection business, Peace of Mind Home Inspection. In September of this year, I retired from my successful word of mouth HVAC
business to devote my time and energy to home inspections.
What agents and clients seem to genuinely appreciate about working with me is my ability to explain different aspects of repairs possibly needed as well as many elements of maintaining a home.
My purpose and goal of the inspection is to inform as well as educate my clients about all of the components of the home I have inspected whether those clients are buyers, sellers or investors.
