She currently owns and operates 4 vacation rentals and 26 mid-term rental units across Arizona, Central Wisconsin, Northern Wisconsin, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She recently just launched her co-hosting business as well. In addition to all that, she manages 25+ long-term rentals and flips single-family homes alongside her partner Buck.
With years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ashley is obsessed with the art and science of crafting unforgettable guest experiences. From strategic property acquisition to the placement of the dinnerware, she believes every detail matters in setting up the perfect short-term rental. Her passion lies not only in building wealth through real estate, but also in coaching others to do the same by empowering clients to turn their vision into a profitable, freedom-filled reality.
When she’s not running her businesses, Ashley can be found coaching others in holistic health, mountain biking, hiking, camping, or traveling with her boyfriend Buck, their son Korbin, and their 4 beloved bulldogs.
Derek has been a successful Investor since 2002. He’s been through the ups and downs of the markets and has the scars to prove it.
Derek has been involved in hundreds of transactions in his career. He’s done wholesaling, flipping, landlording, lending and countless other investment strategies throughout the years.
Derek loves negotiating with sellers. He loves to put together creative solutions for sellers that few other investors can put together.
Derek loves giving back to the real estate community. Derek is also a coach and mentor who has a passion for helping others be successful too.
