It’s the season of giving — and what better way to close out the year than by coming together as a community to give, share, and receive!

Join us for a special December WiscoREIA meeting in Hayward as we celebrate the power of generosity — in business, in real estate, and in life.

In return, you’ll receive something even greater — connection, gratitude, and inspiration from like-minded investors who believe that abundance grows when we share it.

Tossed and Found Re-Usable Goods is our thrift store that carries everything from Building supplies to home furniture and goods. We have aisles of furniture, lighting, plumbing, electrical, tools, appliances, home goods, and so much more! Our small staff works very hard and loves what they do. Community is everything to us, and we strive to meet the needs of our customers. We network with elderly programs, churches, and other thrift stores in town, as well as the Free Store (located on Hwy K) to provide assistance in every area that we can. We would love for anyone interested in what we do to stop out and visit with us. We also welcome volunteers from community service, or anyone who wants to help out in their free time.

Ugly Sweater & Christmas Outfit Contest

Do you own a truly hideous holiday sweater or outfit? One that shocks the room, blinds the eyes, and makes people question your sanity? Perfect.

This year, we’re opening it up. Ugly sweaters. Gaudy outfits. Over-the-top holiday apparel from head to toe. The louder, brighter, and more ridiculous, the better.

Bring your worst. Leave with the best.

Wear it proudly to your WiscoREIA Christmas Party.

Each of WiscoREIA’s chapters across the state will crown a WINNER (Your fellow members will judge the contest live at each location).

Hosts: Amanda Wilson and Marcus Eytcheson

Amanda Wilson is an alumna of the UW–Madison School of Business and the James A. Graaskamp Real Estate Program. She is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), WiscoREIA, and the founder of the Hayward Lakes REIA.

Since 2012, Amanda has owned and operated Deerfoot Lodge & Resort, a four-season family fishing resort on the Chippewa Flowage, Wisconsin's largest wilderness lake in Hayward, Wisconsin - an entrepreneurial endeavor that continues a cherished family vacation tradition and also launched her real estate investing journey. Over the years, she has expanded her portfolio to include storage, commercial, and residential rental properties, all driven by a mission to make the Hayward Lakes area an even better place to live, work, and play for generations to come.

When she’s not chasing real estate deals, you’ll likely find Amanda chasing muskies in her Lund Pro-V, either on the Chippewa Flowage or waters across the country.

Marcus has been involved in the construction industry for most of his life. Spending years working on different crews, doing sales for various contractors, and finally going to work with his team at Local Roofing. Marcus is now involved in the training, support, and management of the team here at Local Roofing.

Outside of roofing Marcus has a passion for investing in rural community businesses and real estate opportunities. Marcus is married to his wife Alisa Eytcheson with three young children Edwin, Esme, and Elon.
