Join us for WiscoREIA’s statewide Vision Planning & Goal Setting events, happening across all 11 Wisconsin locations. Unlike New Year’s resolutions—which fail 92% of the time—this session gives you real, actionable steps to begin crafting a Vision Plan for your life, your business, and your investing goals.

We’ll reflect on 2025, explore new ideas and concepts, and help you build a strategic roadmap that positions you for success in 2026 and beyond. Whether you’re brand-new to investing or scaling a growing portfolio, this meeting is your reset button for the year ahead.

And January is just the beginning—the statewide kickoff launches a momentum series in February and March, all leading into a major statewide event in April.

With nearly three decades of experience, she helps clients structure smart, strategic loans for flips, rentals, and long‑term portfolio growth. Kim is also the owner of KPT Collaborative, a coworking office and business event center where she leads workshops on business planning, growth, and leadership. Her approach blends deep industry expertise with clear communication and a genuine commitment to helping people build strong, sustainable portfolios and businesses.
