Speaker: Eva Gray
Eva Gray is a CPA and real estate tax strategist who helps investors build long-term wealth through smart tax planning. She and her husband began investing in real estate in 2014 and later helped build a property management business, where Eva focused on the accounting and financial systems supporting nearly 800 units. She now works with real estate investors to reduce tax liability and improve cash flow through strategies like cost segregation. In her free time she likes to travel and try new coffee shops, and one resolution she has for this year is to complete the 1000 hour challenge with her kids.

Hosts: Shaun Tutor & Ryan Gray
Shaun became interested in real estate in 2020. He has a home improvement company, Tutor Transformations, and investing companies, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. They flip about 10 houses a year, and do unit turnovers and home renovations throughout the year for customers as well. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.
Shaun loves business, real estate, and investing, which are the main topics he discusses on his podcast. He built his first company in 2017 and sold it in November of 2021 to focus on real estate full time. Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog, Mimi, and taking cruises around the city to find the next best deal.
Ryan began in real estate and business in 2017. He owns Stable Living LLP which has 14 licensed Adult Family Homes and does in-home care for over 80 clients. This business employs over 100 staff and is where a lot of my time is spent.
Ryan has grown a portfolio of rentals that has 550 doors currently. The majority of the acquisitions have been done using creative financing with little money down. My focus is on structuring deals with creative finance and finding deals off market. My wife Eva
Gray is a CPA who focuses on tax planning, mastering business plans, and self-managing the properties. He also started a flipping and wholesaling business called 715 Home Buyers with Brandon Anderson which does over 20 transactions a year.
Ryan also has two children Josephine and Drew. They love to go camping together in the summer and vacationing in the winter. In his free time, he also likes to play baseball, deer hunt, and ride motorcycles.
