Financing 101 and State of The Market!
One of the greatest obstacles most new real estate investors are confronted with is the inability to obtain financing for their first deal. Even an experienced investor may come across the big kahuna, and financing is still a massive undertaking. On top of that, you have rising interest rates right now, and a lot of uncertainty in this market.
At this month's Green Bay meetup, Jeff will deliver the goods on Financing and the state of the market. Are you curious about seller financing, utilizing hard money, or how lenders look at investors? Are you fearful of interest rates rising, and what that could mean for you and other investors? Jeff has seen many cycles and is able to bring a unique perspective, being a lender AND investor. Clear your calendar for this event, you won’t want to miss it.
We’ll be sure to set aside time for Q&A so be sure to bring your curiosity and your most burning questions!

Russ Moldenhauer
I grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin and have lived there my whole life. My parents were very hard working people who both worked multiple jobs.
My father is a very talented person who showed him at a very young age how to work on all aspects of homes. I learned how to do carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical before I was 10 years old. We remodeled a lot of houses as side jobs while I grew up.
I worked in the auto industry for a while and building maintenance for a couple of years. In 1986, I became an elevator technician.
I love working in the elevator industry because I get to hone in all of my skills. All the while I was still doing contractor work on the side. I worked on a lot of homes over the years. I became an instructor for the elevator industry in 1997 and still pass on this knowledge to the new guys coming up.
In 2013, my wife and I decided to become Real Estate Investors. We chose a coaching program that specializes in short sales. We were able to make our investment back in our first deal. We then invested in another program for wholesaling and leasing options. We started doing lending with the profits made from flipping houses. We are able to do this while working a full time job.
I love giving back to the community. I donate as much time as possible to my church. I have gone to other countries to help people build houses, churches, security walls, and many other life quality improvements. I get great joy when I can help others change their lives.
Kevin Finley
My name is Kevin Finley and I am a rental property investor/rehabber. I founded Acadia Properties after moving to Kenosha in 2015 and falling in love with the area. It’s easy to see the potential we have here in Kenosha and Racine Counties, and I can’t wait to what these already great towns will look like a few years from now. The growth and development I’ve seen in my short time living here are nothing short of amazing already!
I am not a computer based investment company with an 800 number and a call center. I am local and live and work right here in Pleasant Prairie with my girlfriend and our two dogs. In our spare time we like to travel up north in Wisconsin and usually have a few puppies we foster for local animal shelters until they are old enough to be adopted.
