Let's Talk About Getting Your Deals Funded
Let's talk about how we are getting your deals funded! Learn how to use multiple strategies and think outside the box. Including Subject 2, Owner finance, Lease Option and many others.
Here are some of the points we will go over:
Coaches: Russ Moldenhauer & Derek Dombeck
Russ Moldenhauer
I grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin and have lived there my whole life. My parents were very hard working people who both worked multiple jobs.
My father is a very talented person who showed him at a very young age how to work on all aspects of homes. I learned how to do carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical before I was 10 years old. We remodeled a lot of houses as side jobs while I grew up.
I worked in the auto industry for a while and building maintenance for a couple of years. In 1986, I became an elevator technician.
I love working in the elevator industry because I get to hone in all of my skills. All the while I was still doing contractor work on the side. I worked on a lot of homes over the years. I became an instructor for the elevator industry in 1997 and still pass on this knowledge to the new guys coming up.
In 2013, my wife and I decided to become Real Estate Investors. We chose a coaching program that specializes in short sales. We were able to make our investment back in our first deal. We then invested in another program for wholesaling and leasing options. We started doing lending with the profits made from flipping houses. We are able to do this while working a full time job.
I love giving back to the community. I donate as much time as possible to my church. I have gone to other countries to help people build houses, churches, security walls, and many other life quality improvements. I get great joy when I can help others change their lives.

Kevin Gracyalny
Real estate:
Personal Life:
I own a tradeshow business - importing products and selling them at events like EAA, Summerfest, and Fairs. I graduated from St. Norbert in 2016 and live in De Pere. I live about 2 blocks down from where I lived in college and stumbled along the sidewalk. In my free time I like to spend time with my brother, girlfriend, and workout.
Laura Ritchie
Laura Ritchie, ex-media maven, entrepreneur and NBC Sports Sales Exec, quit her career January 2020 to expand her Corporate Housing business full time. New to the real estate game, Ritchie’s Appleton Corporate Housing already hosts 39 rentals, including 35 offered as fully furnished extended stay options.
Kevin Birr
Knowing at a young age that he wanted to be involved with real estate, Kevin attended UW-Oshkosh and graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and emphases in entrepreneurship and real estate. Since graduation he has been a Personal Banker for Wells Fargo, worked alongside a very knowledgeable investor flipping homes, and in October of 2012, starting his first company Birr Investments, LLC flipping homes. In 2014 he decided to start investing in rentals as his flipping company continued to grow. He also started a residential new construction company, partnered with an experienced real estate agent to form One Realty Group, LLC running a team of realtors, and started investing in commercial real estate.
Kevin takes a lot of pride in his companies and strives to create a pleasant experience for all involved. Having flipped almost 200 homes he's seen and has been through a lot of situations and nothing ceases to amaze him. Real estate investing is an extremely interesting field and there are many ways to succeed and grow. In his personal opinion, real estate is the best investment one can make. In the future he hopes to continue growing his business and expand throughout the US.
Over the years Kevin has been able to donate time and resources to several local organizations from B.A.B.E.S of the Fox Cities, Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, Walk for Autism, Red Day, KW Cares, and more. He enjoys spending time with his growing family, friends, and his two dogs, in addition to watching and playing pretty much all sports and loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating and even a round of golf. He also has a passion for motorcycles, classic cars, and racing.
Andrea Fanta
Andrea Fanta is married with five children, and recently moved out to a home they renovated in Suamico. As a family they enjoy hiking, kayaking, and demolition. Andrea began her real estate career in 2015, as a side hobby. After a little while, she realized there was much more to this real estate gig than just selling houses. In 2018, she pulled her husband, Aaron, into the equation when they began flipping homes.
They have since flipped 20+ homes, purchased multiple rental properties, and partnered with another powerhouse to form their own real estate company, Fanta Allen Realty. While sales is exciting, Andrea’s focus is on developing new agents and helping them find their path in the real estate world. She knows better than anyone that there’s no “right” way to do things, it’s discovering the right way for you.
